isValid

public static boolean isValid(java.lang.String tags)

Validates a comma or space separated list of tags against a set of rules. Tags must contain valid characters, be no longer then a certain length, pass the profanity filter and there cannot be too many tags.

Parameters:

tags - a comma or space separated list of tags

Returns:

true if the tags are valid, false otherwise
