Method Detail

expandZipFile

public static java.io.File expandZipFile(java.io.File zipFile)
                                  throws java.io.IOException

Expands the Zip file into a new directory in the same path. So if you have a zip file /tmp/foo.zip it will expand it in /tmp/foo.

Parameters:

zipFile - zip file to extract

Returns:

directory where zip was extracted

Throws:

java.io.IOException - if there are problems expanding the zip file

expandZipFile

public static void expandZipFile(java.io.File zipFile,
                                 java.io.File target)
                          throws java.io.IOException

Expands the zipFile into target.

Parameters:

zipFile - zipFile to expand

target - target directory

Throws:

java.io.IOException - if there are problems expanding the zip file
