The following describes requirements for the system where the Community Manager Reports plugin is installed.

Requires a minimum of Jive 6.0.0.1.
Community Manager Reports works in the same browsers supported by your version of Jive. See Supported Browsers for the list of supported browsers.
If you use one Oracle installation (or cluster) to back both the Jive web application database and analytics databases, you must add the DNS entries and/or TNSNAME settings and configure your Jive web application so that Analytics and Community Manager Reports use a hostname for Oracle that is different from the hostname used by the Jive web application for its access to Oracle.
