Mobile: System Requirements

Make sure the following requirements are met before using Jive Mobile.

General Requirements

For a list of core versions and compatible Mobile module versions, see Jive Mobile Compatibility Matrix in the Jive Community; you must be a community user to view the matrix.

* The native iPhone app requires Jive version 6.0.1 or higher, or Jive Cloud. In addition, it is available only for internal communities (typically, those that involve only employees or other internal audiences).
