Customizing the Community Overview Page

Once enabled, you can customize your Community Overview page to suit your community's needs.

Users can find the Community Overview page when they click Home. You can customize the Overview page to provide important community-wide information for users using widgets to generate the information. Some may even make it the first page they see when they go to their Home page.

To customize the Community Overview page:

  1. Make sure you have enabled the custom home page in the Admin console.
  2. Log into your site as the Site administrator.
  3. Click the down arrow next to your name to the top right.
  4. Select Manage > Overview Page.
  5. Customize the page using widgets.
Note: The Community Overview page is similar to group overview pages, except it can not use a three-column view.
