Managing iPhone Access

To enable access from iPhone users, you'll need to create a user group made up of people who'll be using the iPhone application, then grant iPhone access permissions to that user group. For more on user groups, see Managing User Groups.

Note: If you'll be using SSL to secure iPhone access, your certificate must be valid. For example, it must be created by a trusted authority such as Verisign, rather than self-created.
You can control iPhone access to the community by disabling access in the admin console.
Note: You can also prevent iPhone users from accessing the community by disabling their access by username. For more information, see Managing Mobile Permissions

The iPhone Management page lists all of the iPhone devices that have connected to the application, along with the user's username and the time they last logged in. To prevent a device from accessing the community, select its disable check box.
