Configuring Profile Image Moderation

You can enable moderation for images that people upload for use in their user profile. When you do, the request to upload the image will appear in the moderation queue of a system-level content moderator. That person must approve the image before it will appear in the profile of the person who uploaded it.

Note that this feature assumes you've also turned on the feature through which people upload profile images. For more on that one, see Configuring User Customization.

Note: Before setting up profile image moderation, you'll need to first assign system-level moderation permissions to a user group. People in the group will be able to view the queue that lists moderation requests for profile images. For more on assigning system level moderation permissions, see Managing Administrative Permissions. When assigning permissions, be sure to select the Moderate Content permission level.
