System Requirements

This guide specifies the required and supported system elements for the application.

Jive includes most of what you need to get the application running and configured, including a built-in application server and JDK. Although the installation package includes a Postgres database that could be used for a demo or another extremely lightweight install, you'll definitely need your own database for a production install.
