If you have issues searching Jive from SharePoint, then try the following:
- If you don't see the Jive tab in SharePoint search, verify that the federated search

Issues Searching SharePoint from Jive

- Check your browsers. In Internet Explorer, you should make sure your security settings
allow Jive. In Chrome, make sure the popup blocker allows popups.
