Accessing projects

In some cases, you may not be able to access some projects. Here you can find the most common reasons.

The following actions may prevent you from accessing your project:

  • The project ownership has been transferred to someone else. For more information, see Transferring project ownership.
  • The project has been moved to a place you can no longer access. For more information, see Moving projects between places.
  • The project has been archived. You should be able to see an archived project by going to Your Places > All > Projects, and then selecting Show archived projects. For more information, see Archiving projects.
