The Support Center provides easy access to common questions and help navigating certain employee services. You won't see the Support link in the main navigation if your community manager has not enabled the feature (alternatively, your community manager may change the name of Support).
Depending on how your community manager has Support Center set up, you could use it to learn more about IT issues, HR benefits, or other areas important to you and other employees. Glance at the topics presented there for you, or use search to look in the subset of information your community manager gathered for you.
