Before you Install

Perform the following prerequisites before installing Jive for SharePoint v5:

1. Map Customer Environment - complete the questionnaire to collect prerequisites data for building the integration.
2. Configure Customer Network - configure the customer network according to the provided table to enable the Jive-to-SharePoint connectivity and vice versa.
3. Perform End-to-End Connection Validation – run the provided scripts to validate the connection workflow.
