Jive Copilot can read and understand all forms of Jive native content - documents, polls, discussions, etc.

Attachments​

Jive Copilot can read and understand text-based PDF documents attached to content.

It does not currently support Word documents, PowerPoint decks, or other attachment types.

Images and Video​

Images and video are currently not supported by Jive Copilot.

Jive Copilot has access to this documentation and uses it to answer questions about Jive itself and how to use Jive.

Jive Knowledge Base​

Similarly, the Jive Support KB is also read by Jive Copilot and can be used to answer questions about using Jive.
