Sometimes you can't remember the title, people, or place of something you know you saw. In that case, try this search method.
For example, you remember participating in a discussion during the last three months about how to increase customer survey participation, but you can't remember the discussion title, which space the discussion occurred in, or the other participants.
Click at the upper right and type in keywords such as customer survey. Click View all Results and then click Discussions in the top menu because you don't need to see results from blogs, documents, or polls.
If you still can't find the discussion, it is possible that it wasn't a discussion that you remember. You might try looking in the comments of documents or blogs.
For example, you remember participating in a discussion during the last three months about how to increase customer survey participation, but you can't remember exactly the discussion title. Or maybe that was not a discussion, but a blog post?
Click at the upper right and type in keywords such as customer survey. Click All content and select Discussions and Blog posts under the search box because you don't need to see results from documents or polls or ideas.
If you get too many results, you can try clicking Advanced Search (this opens the Advanced Search page) and narrowing the results even more: by a possible author or a likely place.
