Enabling Web Services

You need to enable web services so Community Manager Reports can interact with Jive.

Fastpath

Admin Console: System > Settings > Web Services

To enable web services:

1. Enable Core API by selecting Core API.
2. Select Enabled in the Enable Core API Services field.
3. Click Save Settings

To enable web services for Jive 4.5:

1. Select Low Level SOAP and REST.
2. Select Enabled in the Enable REST Services field.
3. Click Save Settings
