Prerequisites for installing User Group Sync Add-on

Jive must be configured before the User Group Sync Add-on is installed. These configurations are performed by Support or the PS teams.

These configurations are listed here for information purposes only.

To set up system properties:

1. Go to Advanced Admin Console > System > Management > System Properties.

2. Set the following system properties:

   • services.profileUserGroupSyncAddon.serviceURL = <value is the URL to the middleware>
   • jive.api.whitelist.cidrs = <value is the URL to the middleware, add URL to existing list>
   • jive.apps.proxy.whitelist.cidrs = <value is the URL to the middleware, add URL to existing list>

A user must have at least Manage System permissions to install add-ons.

Attention

This add-on requires connectivity to Jive Cloud Shared Services.
