Administering Jive Analytics
Users need specific permissions to view the place and community-level reports. Cloud Analytics is enabled by default. But users may need specific permissions to view the place and community-level reports.
Installing Community Manager Reports plugin
To get started with Jive Analytics, install the Community Manager Reports plugin. For more information, see Setting up Community Manager Reports plugin under Administering Jive Analytics.
Setting up permissions
Jive Analytics maintains user permissions as a way of controlling who can see the different types of reports. These permissions follow a similar model as the ones used in Jive. Enabling Community Analytics
Community Analytics is enabled by default.
Setting up permissions
Community-level reports are available for users with the Manage Community or Manage System permissions. You can assign these permissions in the Admin Console, under Permissions. For more information, see Managing access to Cloud Analytics.
Place-level reports are available for place owners and administrators.
