Installing Forms and Surveys Add-on

Open a support with the Support to install this add-on. Forms and Surveys Add-on is installed from the Add-ons page. The add-on also must be signed.

Make sure that the Jive instance is configured, as described in Prerequisites for installing Forms and Surveys Add-on, before installing the add-on.

A user must have at least Manage System permissions to install add-ons.

Installing from a package​

To install Forms and Surveys Add-on from a zipped package and sign it:

  1. In the user interface, click on your avatar in the upper-right corner, and then select Add-ons.

  2. On the Add-ons tab, select All Add-ons on the right, and then click Ctrl+Upload Package (Windows) or CMD+Upload Package (MAC) that the add-on package can be signed.

  3. Paste the add-on UUID 012ff1b0-ca08-4eca-9627-9c3b6fe948a2 into the sign package field.

  4. Click Sign.

    This returns a signature.

  5. Copy the signature and place it inside the definition.json file within the top-level of the add-on's zip.

The Forms and Surveys Add-on is installed.
