Analytics Export
The Analytics Export service provides you an interface inside your community – the DES Explorer – which you can use to export the analytics data.
As a community manager, you can access the Analytics Export interface directly from the UI, then use a variety of filters to select and download the necessary data. For more information, see Exporting analytics data and List of filters.
Event types that are processed by the Data Export Service are listed in List of data export events and the data of the CSV files in Default CSV output fields.

Enabling Analytics Export
Data Export is not available by default. You should contact Support to enable the service.
- Exporting analytics data You can export analytics data directly from your community interface by using the Analytics Export service.
- List of filters Here you can find the list of filter groups for limiting results.
- List of data export events Here you can find a list of all events that are serviced by the Data Export service.
- Default CSV output fields With Analytics Export, you can get user activities exported to a CSV file. Here you can find the list of exported fields.
